Steve Machann picked up a world-class Rooster Fish on his trip with the Mega Panga Harvester.
Safe released after the photo, this 30lbs. monster is truly the fish of a lifetime!
The Discoverer is back in action and nabbed this lone Sailfish on November 12.ย

We’ve been battling the Super-Moon Blues as the bites seems really slow during this phase; however we are anticipating big action once the moon recedes.
Captain Fico welcome client Stephen Johnson for a memorable half-day on the Explorer.
They scored a pair of dinner-table worthy Yella Fellas to start the morning, then nabbed this excellent Sailfish release:
Great work by Captain Fico on the hunting and by Mate Elias on the safe release.
There has been a nice school of Yellowfin Tuna in town this week, and while the bigger boats went off-shore and found 30+lbs. Yellas, the Explorer stayed near to shore and nabbed a trio of 10-15lbs. specimens.
Remember that the smaller Yellowfin Tuna actually yield denser meat, and once again the Explorer proves her prowess in filling the fishbox.
They also scored a late-day Sailfish release to round out a great day of fishing:
The Explorer stayed inshore with client Phillip Kan on the 7th and scored beautiful Rooster Fish releases. These are some monster fish, but our Penn Slammer 7500 spinning reels are up to the task:
Of course we safely release these beauties after the photo-op, but the memories last a lifetime.
The battleship Discovererย kicked off the new season , and Captain Carlos picked up right where he left off with this awesome Rooster Fish release:

Nothing says “Welcome back to the water” like a tasty Grouper. The Explorer nabbed this tasty Broomtail Grouper on the first day of the new season.
A good sign for what will be a great season!
Chip Jones posted a day of massive results on the battleship Discoverer with a Sailfish release, six Rooster Fish releases, and 11 Yellowfin Tunas on ice.
The Rooster fish releases are unusual for this time of year, and these clients were especially fired up with these trophies.
The Discoverer continues her great fishing as we move into the new season. Great work by Captain Carlos and Mate Johnson on loan from the Wanderer.
Our old pal Eddie Delaney had a nice day on the Harvester on October 29th and found the bite to be equally good onshore and offshore.
