Fantastic fun on the Wanderer on January 11 with good action both inshore and offshore. First up was this meaty Jack Crevalle, perfect for ceviche:
Then Captain William pointed the flagship offshore and discovered a small school of big Doardos.
These are just the right size for dense, tasty filets. Great work by the Wanderer!
