Blast from the past!

Javier unearthed this old photo from 1998 of local man Santos “Fly” Ruiz. He caught this GIGANTIC 145lbs. Grouper from shore using a small jack as a bait.

The rod/reel combo? Hand-lining, son….hand-lining.
