On February 17, the Explorer released a beautiful Sailfish.

The Discoverer and longtime FishingNosara angler Ryan McCulley got down to business on the 9th

These Sailfish releases are par for the course this time of year, but this deck-sweeping Dorado is a welcome score anytime of the season.

Great work by the big battleship and Captain Carlos.
Legendary angler Ryan McCulley added to his stats with a great 6.5 hour day with Captain Fico on January 29.

In addition to this nice Sailfish release, the Explorer nabbed an excellent Dorado for the dinner table:

Our old pal Ryan McCulley brought the family for a 6.5 hour trip and their scorecard ran the gamut from inshore Bonita action to offshore Sailfish scores.

The Bonita were deployed inshore in an attempt to score a big monster, however the offshore bite was really where the beast was found.

Excellent work by Mate Johnny and this young angler.

Ryan McCulley and his friends booked the Explorer for a 6.5 hour trip to the blue water and were met head-on by a pack of hungry Sailfish.

Captain David and Mate Kevin pulled out all the stops and delivered several sweet Sailfish releases.

Photographs rarely do these fish justice; however these shots captured the bioluminecent glow of these wonderful fish.

Great fishing by this fun-loving group of New Yorkers on the legendary Explorer!
