Jon Athan and his friends had a lovely 2.5 hour sunset cruise on the Wanderer on March 11.
In addition to the lovely scenery, they also scored a nice-sized Yellowtail Snapper. Pound-for-pound this is some of the best tasting fish in our area…great work by these young anglers.

March 4 proved to be a fun afternoon with this excellent Dorado on ice.
Great to have a souvenir from a 2.5 hour trip, and these tasty Mahi filets are just perfect.

Mitch and Jami Price returned to the Wanderer and stepped their game up big time!
Four more Sailfish releases were added to the scorecard, including one high-flying monster for Jami.
They added some meat for the dinner table with this fine Dorado later in the trip.
Great work by these Florida anglers and of course by the crew of the mighty Wanderer.

Excellent inshore action on the Explorer today! Check out these fine tastin’ White Tunas:
All in a day’s work for Captain David and the baddest Super Panga in the bay.

Captain Carlos has struck again on the Adventurer! The 23-foot switchblade performed masterfully with this excellent Sailfish release:
The group stayed busy all day with a few White Tunas and Bonitas providing the rod-bending action.
Nice work by the Adventurer.

Paul West and Amanda Sterling took a whirlwind trip throughout the whole country of Costa Rica, but when it was time to go fishing this Neptune Beach guy knew exactly where to go: the FishingNosara flagship Wanderer!
Amanda was neck deep in the action all day long, starting off with this fat Dorado and then adding a small White Tuna for the sushi platter.
The big highlight of the trip was this awesome Sailfish released by Ms. Sterling
ย
“I am so proud of Amanda Sterling a 9′ Sailfish, 100 lbs, off the coast of Costa Rica, truly a rock star!” writes Paul. “Thank you…you guys are the best!”

Ryan McCulley and his friends booked the Explorer for a 6.5 hour trip to the blue water and were met head-on by a pack of hungry Sailfish.
Captain David and Mate Kevin pulled out all the stops and delivered several sweet Sailfish releases.

Photographs rarely do these fish justice; however these shots captured the bioluminecent glow of these wonderful fish.
Great fishing by this fun-loving group of New Yorkers on the legendary Explorer!

Fantastic send-off for Sarah Heekin and her group! After a week of big Sailfish releases, they finished their three-day excursion with perhaps the largest Sailfish release of the season so far. Look at the shoulders on this monster:
This fish probably outweighs Mate Kevin by 60lbs., so it was a minor miracle just to pull off the safe release.
Later in the day they released another nice Sail to put the cap on a great week of fishing.
Awesome work by Captain David and Mate Kevin to show these North Carolina anglers a great time on the water!

Scott Wright enlisted Captain Carlos of the Adventurer for a half-day trip to the blue water break and their expeditionary spirit was rewarded with this thick Dorado.
Excellent dining tonight for this couple!
