The Discoverer nabbed six Yellowfin Tunas on the 8th…none of great size but these filets add up to a nice haul, plus the action kept Mike Duncan’s whole posse stoked.

Kerri Watt scored some nice Yellowfin Tunas on board the Wanderer on March 29.


Here is what she had to say:
Hi Craig,
I caught my first fish (Yellowfin Tuna) yesterday and it was sooooo exciting!!! We are very excited to go [again] to catch some fish for Easter Dinner.

Art and Christine Jones put together a great run of trips in mid-March on the Wanderer. This wonderful Rooster Fish release got things off to a good start:



Then Art Jones nabbed a great Sailfish release:


It wasn’t all trophy fish releases; they boated some nice Dorados backed up by excellent Yellowfin Tunas.





Captain William and the Wanderer continue to reign as the King of Garza Bay, and in early March welcomed the return of big Dorados to the area.






A nice batch of Yellowfin Tunas has provided some variety to the fishbox.


Of course what offshore action would be complete without a few nice Sailfish releases?

James Conner scored four sweet Yellowfin Tunas with Captain Fico on February 19.

It’s great to see this consistent action on tasty edible fish.

Mark Cooney and George Pile continued their blue water success on the 12th with four nice Yellowfin Tunas on ice.




Captain Fico catches everything that swims, and these tasty beasts should make for some fine dining in the next few days.
Captain David welcomed angler Carl Lindberg to the Adventurer on the 5th for a great day of fish harvesting.

These nice Red Groupers were backed up by an array of Yellowfin Tunas and White Tunas.


Our dear friend Jerome McKown continues to add to his FishingNosara Hall of Fame resume with a great day of action for his group on February 1.

After this sweet Sailfish release, these Texas anglers scored a nice Yellowfin Tuna with a baitcaster reel he brought from home.

Ryan McPherson had just about the best 5-hour trip you can imagine on January 31. First up is this big Blue Marlin release:

The blue water kept producing with an excellent Sailfish backed up by a tasty Yellowfin Tuna.
