Ryan McPherson had just about the best 5-hour trip you can imagine on January 31. First up is this big Blue Marlin release:
The blue water kept producing with an excellent Sailfish backed up by a tasty Yellowfin Tuna.
Amazing job by the battleship Discoverer.
Mike Fannin brought home the bacon with a wonderful Dorado score on the 31st.
Captain Alex reports that this beast tipped the scales at 35lbs.
Mark Cooney and George Pile ended the month with Captain Fico, and they scored two fish-of-a-lifetime…first up was this Striped Marlin:
The real monster was this gigantic Rooster Fish:
Amazing action on these trophy releases!
Captain Carlos reported nice work on January 30 by David Swanson’s group.
Big Marlin release backed up with a Sailfish release and some Dorado for dinner.
Legendary angler Ryan McCulley added to his stats with a great 6.5 hour day with Captain Fico on January 29.
In addition to this nice Sailfish release, the Explorer nabbed an excellent Dorado for the dinner table:
The battleship welcomed Dave Van Wart on January 29 and filled the fishbox with tasty Dorado filets.
On January 29 angler Bryan Quiros had a great 5-hour trip on the Harvester with an excellent Sailfish release on the scorecard.
These monsters put the anglers to the test, but were no match for the mega panga.
Nice work on the release by Captain David (on loan from the Adventurer) in the cockpit.
Captain Alex continued to post results in late January, including this inshore conquest of fat Rooster Fish.
The Discoverer continued her consistent filet delivery with angler Jason Beck and his group reporting a bunch of Yellowfin Tunas backed up by a big Dorado.

The Wanderer nabbed a handful of billfish on the 22nd with angler Roger Salinas leading the way with this Striped Marlin release.
