Sometimes the offshore bite ain’t happening, but the wily Captain Alex is deft enough to move inshore for world-class bottom fishing action.
Client Richard Shultz started out with a whopper of a Cubera Snapper, then scored a trophy-caliber Rooster fish.

Paul Ewald and his son Jackson had a wonderful run of catches on the Adventurer in early May, highlighted by several sweet Sailfish releases.
This is an amazing angling accomplishment, catching big Sails this close to shore in a small boat.
These South Florida fishermen also loaded the fishbox with multiple big Snappers.
The sun rose on another great month of inshore action on the Adventurer.
She scored the usual allotment of Cubera Snappers and Rock Snappers.
Then they added this tasty delicacy: the elusive Congrio:
The highlight of the month was this nice Sailfish caught just five miles from shore.
When the big fish wander too close the shore, the Adventurer will be waiting for them.
Great work on the catch and the safe release from the 23-foot pocket knife Adventurer.
Craig took to the Adventurer for a day of inshore action and scored this monster Cubera Snapper.
Great work by Captain David to hunt down this monster!
Captain David is a master of inshore fishing, as client Trevor Kennedy can testify after his trip on the Adventurer.
This monster Cubera Snapper was the highlight, and was backed up by a few nice Jack Crevelles.
Kevin Baumler had a big day with Captain David on the Adventurer.

Our great friend Doc Hatton performed wonderfully on back to back fishing days in mid-January.
The first day they were offshore and released several nice Sailfish.
The next day they stayed inshore and scored one of the biggest Cubera Snappers of the year.
With nothing left to prove inshore, Captain William headed offshore following a pod of feeding Dolphins. Not surprisingly, they found more sweet Sailfish.
The Discoverer welcome Trevor Pilipchuk for some inshore fishing action and he snagged this excellent Cubera Snapper:

Captain David staying inshore on the Adventurer and snagged a beautiful Snapper and a big Amberjack with client Britni Nelson. Check out the picture-perfect sunset over Garza:
Great end to nice day of fishing!
After their excellent action offshore, Buz Underill returned to the Wanderer and opted to stay in close to ply the reefs just outside Garza Bay.
They deployed our exclusive Cubera Snapper Tactic and scored big:
This monster weighs at least 50lbs. and its filets will pair nicely with the 80lbs. of Dorado they scored earlier in the week.
