On January 23, Ben Shelton’s group had a very productive day on the Discoverer with a bunch of Dorado action.
This much catching can build up an appetite, so these North Carolina anglers chowed down on fresh sushi on board.
Steven and Becky Jeans joined theย Discoverer on the 18th and performed brilliantly. This nice Sailfish release was as great fish:
They also nagged a bunch of tasty Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados.
They loaded up the fishbox and decided to release the fish caught late in the day.
On January 17 theย Discoverer and angler Skip Hickson stayed hot with multiple 30lbs. Dorados on ice.
They reached their fill of filets, and spent the balance of their day releasing Dorados.
Theย Discoverer and angler Javier Perez filled the refrigerator with Dorado filets on January 16:
On the 13th, theย Discoverer and Chris Snyder had a banner day.
This excellent Sailfish release was backed up with a NICE Wahoo.
They added a trio of nice Dorados to round out the filet bag.
On January 12 theย Discoverer scored a wonderful Blue Marlin release with Antonio Petrazzuolo’s group.
These guys also brought home the bacon, thanks to this big Dorado:
Theย Discoverer and angler Chris Snyder had a good day on the 11th with a Sailfish release on top of the scorecard.
They also scored four Dorados for the dinner table.
Antonio Petrazzuolo’s group joined the Discoverer on the 10th and were rewarded with a lovely Sailfish release:
For the dinner table they scored a nice Yellowfin Tuna backed up with multiple big Dorados.
On January 8, John Egan continued his hot fishing week on the Discoverer with a nice array of Yellowfin Tunas.
Dan Johnson and his friends had an excellent trip on January 7 with the big battleshipย Discoverer. Big Dorados were stacked up thick and the boys were ready for battle.
