Our new friend Jack Beere travelled to Nosara all the way from merry old England, and they acquainted themselves nicely. The highlight of the trip was this MAMMOTH Yellowfin Tuna.

The rods stayed bent as theย Discoverer dodged scatted rainshowers while staying on the bite.

These boys brought home a nice variety of Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados.

Great work by the big battleship!

The Discoverer is back in action. On November 2 we welcomed Tracy Anderson’s group for a productive day of offshore fishing.

We got a little bit of rain from an arm or Hurricane Eta, but the seas were accommodating enough to go fishing.

A nice Sailfish release was the highlight of the trip, which also featured some Yellowfin Tuna filets for these hungry anglers.

Mike Earnest kicked off our new fishing season with a big fun group from North Central Florida. They enlisted theย Harvester andย Discoverer for their fishing mission.

This hard-charging Sailfish was the catch of the day, and was released by the mega panga.

Throughout the day they scored multiple Yellowfin Tunas.

Over on theย Wanderer, Captain William was itching to get back on the water after the long offseason.

The Master Captain got right down to business with a boat load of Yellowfin Tunas on ice. Here’s a sampling:

After seven lonely months, the 32-foot Harvester is back on the water. It’s been a long road back and we are stoked to get back to action.

Craig Sutton and Antonio were the first anglers up, and they scored multiple Yellowfin Tunas.

They worked over a school of porpoises with live blue runners on the hook, and scored Yella Fellas weighing 54lbs, 35lbs., 30lbs., and 25lbs.

Great work by the team to bring home the bacon!

On August 2, Captain Alex rounded up some of the co-workers from the Casa Bianca jobsite and took them to the offshore meat market.

Theย Harvester performed beautifully, delivering more than a dozen of these much-needed filets to the Nosara community. Check out Grevan with these awesome Yella fellas:

The worlds a little crazy on land, but 0n theย Harvester it’s a nice normal day on the water.

For the first time in 59 days we have a fishing report to share with the people. The motor on the Explorer has been repaired, but of course she needed a quick water test.

Captain Alex took the helm for the test drive and was joined by Javier and Freddy for a 2 hour tour. They threw out the ceder plugs and the Yella Fellas couldn’t resist.

Clearly the fish missed us, because the boys boated THIRTY Yellowfin Tunas as fast as they could reel.

Do the math: 4 minutes per fish is world-class angling!

These filets will keep the team motivated on their construction projects, and remind us why we work so hard. What a blessing to get back out on the water!
