Josh Elder and his son enjoyed a wonderful day of action with Captain David on the Adventurer. The highlight was this rockin’ Rooster Fish release:
They also brought home some filets thanks to this Yellowfin Tuna and big Rainbow Runners.
Captain David kept the rods bent on August 10th with a big Jack Crevelle backed-up by 10 nice-sized Yellowfin Tunas
The Adventurer stayed on the bite with some nice Jack Crevelles including the rare Blue Jack Crevelle, all caught on fly-tackle by angler Russ Hampton.
He also scored this excellent Yellowfin Tuna:
Captain David knocked it out of the park in late July with a great haul of Yellowfin Tunas.
Bloody fish can be a little icky, but it will look awesome on the dinner plate!
Captain David finished the month strong with more great catches on the Adventurer.
After some nice Yellowfin Tuna scores with angler Russ Hampton (above), the switchblade pried up a groovy little Grouper and a curious member of the Jack family.
The Adventurer continued to score in late July with a wide variety of marine life finding their way to the icebox.
This Needlefish was an odd surprise, but the ensuing Yellowfin Tunas have been par for the course this month:
Adding to the variety were these ceviche-ready Jack Crevalles:
Captain David continued to dominate the inshore water in mid-July with a trip highlighted by 20+ Yellowfin Tuna and a big Jack Crevalle on ice.
In honor of Independence Day, Captain David and client Jonathan Moore liberated twenty-one Yellowfin Tunas from the inshore reefs.
What a haul by the mighty switchblade!
Captain David welcomed Jose Soto of California for a wonderful day of inshore action, highlighted by these nice Snappers.
They also nabbed a Yellowfin Tuna for good measure.
Excellent work by the switchblade.
Steven Regruto joined Captain David for a big day of inshore action on May 22.
Here’s Steven’s email: “Thanks David, had a great time time sorry you lost your phone here some great photos to make up for it.“
