This monster Blue Marlin release was augmented by a cooler-full of Yellowfin Tunas.
On the Explorer, Heidi and Jim O’Callaghan had a monster day on March 30.
This sweet Marlin release was augmented by a few nice Yellowfin Tunas for the dinner table.
The Harvester scored a wonderful Blue Marlin release and brought home a dinner-sized Dorado on March 28.
On March 26 the Discoverer blew everyone away with angler Shawn Nelson releasing this amazing Blue Marlin.
They also scored a Sailfish release later in the day.
FishingNosara Hall of Famer Brenda Lee was all over the Marlins on March 23 with the mighty flagship Wanderer.
This MONSTER Marlin is well over 400lbs., and after the release was follow-up by a feisty Striped Marlin:
For the dinner table they added this Dorado. Excellent job by our dear friend Brenda Lee and her squad.
Captain Fito welcomed Danny Baker on March 20. Let’s have Danny tell it:
400lbs bluemarlin!!!! 5 Mahi’s 150 libs filet! Feed the complex!! 1 triple tail!!! YUM, YUM!!! + yellowfin tunas! Fito is the MAN!!
We found a baboo raft loaded with bait fish. Fito wore them out! I love him!!! He out fished the fleet!
We always encourage folks to fish for full eight-hour days to maximize the chance of catching, but sometime people like Ben Merkley stick with the 5 hour half day and make fools of us all.
Captain Antonio and Mate Raffa scored an awesome Blue Marlin release, then added a Sailfish release:
Plus they scored a nice Dorado for the dinner table (lunch basket?) and were back on shore at noon. Incredible performance from the barroom brawler Explorer.
Jarred Hankhouse scored a fantastic Blue Marlin release on March 7 during his trip on the Explorer.
They also brought home dinner with several nice Dorados for the dinner table.
