Bobby Miller and the Wanderer scored a couple of beautiful Sailfish releases on the 13th.
They also loaded up on nice Dorados. So many were caught that they ended up releasing the smaller ones.

On the 13th, the Discoverer and Chris Snyder had a banner day.
This excellent Sailfish release was backed up with a NICE Wahoo.
They added a trio of nice Dorados to round out the filet bag.

Master Captain William introduced Skip Hickson’s group to our blue water fishery on January 12, and they acclimated quickly with a nice Sailfish release backed-up with multiple BIG Dorado scores.
Once they got their fill, this crew spent the afternoon releasing their catches.

John Egan’s group took to the Explorer on the 12th after spending a few days on the big boats earlier in the week.
Smaller boat, same big fish! An excellent Striped Marlin release was backed-up with a super Sailfish release.
They also boated a few tasty Dorados for the dinner table.

Martin Wicks continued to score on another hybrid offshore/inshore trip on January 12.
The grabbed a big Dorado offshore, then moved inside to score a nice Pargo Snapper.

The mighty flagship and angler Antonio Petrazzuolo’s group release an awesome Striped Marlin and Sailfish on January 11th.
For the filet bag they nagged some nice Dorados throughout the day.

The Harvester and Martin Wicks were back at it on the 11th, and the picked up where they left off with this nice Sailfish release and Dorado catch offshore.
Then they came inshore and scored an excellent Rooster Fish release.

The Explorer stayed hot on January 11 with a few excellent Dorados.
They also moved inshore and deployed our tried-and-true Rooster Fish tactic. First step was to grab some 4-6lbs. Bonitas in with the Planer/Spoon rig:
Then we bridle the Bonita and send to down to the reef.
The tactic yielded this excellent Rooster Fish catch which was released after the photo.
