Jacksonville’s own Charles Newton and Greg Wood got their week of fishing off to a fast start with an excellent Sailfish release.

They say that writing about catching a fish is like dancing about architecture, so this time we’ll just let the picture tell the story:

Great smile and great fish from angler Tracy Solomon!
The Wanderer kept the good times rolling on the 16th with exciting blue water action.

They hooked up with an energetic Sailfish and they boated some Yellowfin Tuna filets:

Kevin and Stephanie Bickers of Jacksonville had a big time with Captain Fico on the Explorer. They nabbed several nice Yellowfin Tuna and scored a wonderful Sailfish release.

The Discoverer kept rocking with Captain Sergio’s group reporting multiple Yellowfin Tuna.

Anglers James Koslowski, Mary Roberts, Gus Martinez, and Wayne Fernandez have plenty of filets for their time in Nosara.

They also nabbed a pair of Sailfish releases for the trophy case.

Captain Sergio was onboard with Wayne Fernandez, James Koslowski, Mary Roberts for another excellent day of action on Day 2.

The Sailfish were thick again and the Harvester was ready to score.

Captain Carlos kept up the good time for Captain Sergio’s group on day two with anglers Gus Martinez, Jerold Long,
Christine Long, John Martinez, and Judy Martinez.

These two Sailfish releases were the highlight of the day which also included two Dorados and two Yellowfin Tuna.

Captain Sergio’s Group got off to a fast start on Day 1 with anglers Gus Martinez and Wayne Fernandez reporting five awesome Sailfish releases.

After Mate Kevin executed the safe release of the trophy fish, the Harvester lived up to her name with a nice Dorado for the dinner table.

Tampa based fishing personality Captain Sergio Atanes has brought another group of fun-loving Florida anglers down to Nosara to shoot a few episodes of the critically-acclaimed La Buena Pesca TV Show.

On day 1 the cameras were rolling as anglers Doug Weeks, Inman Lanier, William Mulcahy and Luke Mulcahy nabbed SEVEN Sailfish releases.

These monsters kept Captain Carlos and Mate Kevin busy all day long.

Great work by the big battleship Discoverer!
Karen Lawrence and her family enjoyed multiple Sailfish releases on July 9th and 10th.

After the trophy releases the Mega Panga set the Lawrence family up with spinning tackle and mugged a school of nice Yellowfin Tunas.

The next day Captain Alex went to the same spot for more great Sailfish action:
