This Sailfish was a nice highlight. They also got away with a bunch of Yellowfin Tunas.
Cary Clark joined theย Discoverer on the 10th for an action-packed day of offshore fishing.
They fought a big Black Marlin in the afternoon, while earlier in the day they scored a Double Sailfish release.
Great work by Captain Carlos and Mate Kevin on the safe releases.
Our great friend Vigil Russell fished with Captain David on February 15 turned in one of the most exciting scorecards we’ve ever seen from theย Adventurer.
The 23-foot switchblade fought and leader-released a big Blue Marlin, and throughout the day performed several traditional releases of Sailfish.
They also scored a fantastic Rooster Fish release.
This is a triple-serving of world class trophy releases from the smallest boat in the bay…amazing perfomance from Captain David on a sure-fire Hall of Fame day!
Multiple time FishingNosara Hall of Famer Morgan Trible has returned, and this time his buddy Charley Smith is stoked to be along for the adventure.
This monster Striped Marlin release was the highlight of the trip.
They also added some sweet Sailfish releases.
For the dinner table, these Virginia-based anglers brought home the bacon. By bacon, I mean excellent Yellowfin Tuna filets.
Captain David has theย Adventurer dialed-in and is working the reefs with masterful precision.
Our good friend Dave Freeman scored a brace of Yellowfin Tunas, then added on with a beautiful Cubera Snapper release.
We look forward to seeing this big red Buick again in the future.
Captain Alex and theย Harvester delivered the fish of a lifetime on December 8. Legendary angler Dan Johnson was on the stick for this great Blue Marlin release along with Richard Fertig and Erica.

This wonderous Blue Marlin is an amazing specimen, and as usual was safely handled and released by Mate Wilson.
The Harvester scored a MONSTER 180lbs. Yellowfin Tuna with Steven Dziadul andย his crew Joe and Cody.
This is the first Big Yellowfin Tuna of the season, but you know it won’t be the last.
They also scored a trio of Sailfish releases throughout the day.
Amazing job by Captain Alex, Mate Wilson, and the mega pangaย Harvester!
On November 15 John Grumino hit paydirt on the Harvester.
They got right into the thick of the action with this nice Blue Marlin release and a Striped Marlin release.
Amazing action for these Garden State anglers.
The first day of the season filled the refrigerator with Yellowfin Tuna filets, so on the second day Craig and Javier went hunting for trophy fish.
Javier belted up for the first Sailfish of the day. This crazy beauty was darting back in forth above the water.
After a nice battle she was safely released as always.
Craig was next into the breach and waged an epic battle with a big Blue Marlin.
Dario Hernandez joined his father for this trip and snagged a few sandwich-sized Dorado filets.
This trip was also a training run for Mate Antonio, who most of our clients know as our panga boat driver; he will be assuming the mate’s role on theย Explorer this year, and will be training with Captain Alex on the Harvester to continue improving his skills.
