On March 14, Matt Holmes’ group had a blast on the Harvester highlighted by this beautiful Sailfish release:
They scored a Yellowfin Tuna and Dorado for the dinner table. Excellent performance by Captain Wilson and the mega panga.
The Harvester scored two Dorados, three Yellowfin Tunas, and a Sailfish release on March 13 with angler Bill Forner.
It’s about that time for the BIG Yellowfin Tuna to show up, and on March 11 the Explorer and angler Chris Snider nabbed the first 100+lbs. Yella Fella of the year.
They also added a few nice Dorados to the haul.
Joe Guy booked four straight days of fishing on the Discoverer, and on the first day they filled up the icebox, thanks in part to this MASSIVE Wahoo:
The filet bag was diversified by excellent Yellowfin Tuna and Dorados.
Lisa Branca scored a pair of fantastic Dorados on the afternoon of February 28; they also scored a tasty Yellowfin Tuna.
The Explorer pulled double duty on February 27. In the morning session Joseph Digiovanni for a great visit to the fish market; Dorado and Yellowfin Tuna were on the menu.
Then in the afternoon John Hislop came aboard. They released a Sailfish and brought home a Dorado.
The mega panga Harvester welcomed Lisa Branca on the 25th and she added to her strong catch history with FishingNosara.
Monster Dorado were augmented by this tasty Yellowfin Tuna.
The Explorer welcomed Melissa Bacallao’s family on the 23rd and they loaded up on Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas.
So many fresh filets…you know it’s time for a sushi break!
FishingNosara Hall of Famer Dan Johnson from Hatteras returned with his good friend Antonio Carillo, Juan Carlos, and Melissa for a fun day on the Wanderer.
The Wanderer reports TEN Yellowfin Tunas and a pair of big Dorados.
They finished up the day with a great meal at Marlin Bill’s.
