Steve Machann picked up a world-class Rooster Fish on his trip with the Mega Panga Harvester.
Safe released after the photo, this 30lbs. monster is truly the fish of a lifetime!
The Explorer stayed inshore with client Phillip Kan on the 7th and scored beautiful Rooster Fish releases. These are some monster fish, but our Penn Slammer 7500 spinning reels are up to the task:
Of course we safely release these beauties after the photo-op, but the memories last a lifetime.
The battleship Discovererย kicked off the new season , and Captain Carlos picked up right where he left off with this awesome Rooster Fish release:
Whoa mama!
Chip Jones posted a day of massive results on the battleship Discoverer with a Sailfish release, six Rooster Fish releases, and 11 Yellowfin Tunas on ice.
The Rooster fish releases are unusual for this time of year, and these clients were especially fired up with these trophies.
The Discoverer continues her great fishing as we move into the new season. Great work by Captain Carlos and Mate Johnson on loan from the Wanderer.
Our old pal Eddie Delaney had a nice day on the Harvester on October 29th and found the bite to be equally good onshore and offshore.
After scoring this excellent Sailfish release, they moved inshore and nabbed this beefy Rooster fish release:
Great day by the boat that doesn’t know the meaning of the term “off-season”!
The Harvester welcomed an adventurous duo who challenged the inshore reef monsters with great results. Take a look at this mammoth Rooster Fish:
Great work on this trophy fish release!
It’s the rainy season right now, but that didn’t stop Ron Lard and his team of Virginia-based anglers from braving the elements for three days, conquering a wide variety of inshore species.
Captain Alex and Mate Kevin performed fearlessly in the face of the rain, guaranteeing a fun, safe, productive run of trips.
Here’s what Mr. Lard wrote in an email:
Craig,
“Just wanted to let you know that my group and I (weather not withstanding) had a great time in Nosara. The housing was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Your staff was pleasant and took very good care off us.”
“Although the weather didn’t cooperate with our stay, Cpt. Alex and Kevin managed to get us out the three days and found fish.”
“We all highly recommend your company.”
Regards,
Ron Lard
We had the great honor to welcome Eduardono‘s Nicholas Olarte for a day on the Harvester, the boat he was instrumental in bringing into existence.
Last time we saw Nick was at the Miami Boat Show (above) where we celebrated the completion of the Harvester and began laying the groundwork for the new Fishtastic.
Much better tan this time around!
Nicholas bested this sweet Rooster Fish, plus got a rare face-to-face encounter with this creepy Octopus:
Awesome to see the architect of the Eduardono Covina Hull catching fish on the prototypical Mega Panga Harvester!
Our new friend Geoffrey Scotty chose the Explorer for a 5 hour inshore session and was rewarded with a bucket list caliber Rooster fish:
Later he released a smaller but equally beautiful Rooster Fish, and nabbed a big Amberjack for the fishbox.
The Explorer snatched up a little bit of everything in mid-August. They pulled a double trophy release with this Sailfish and Rooster fish on the same trip:
Then they paired another Rooster fish release with a full fishbox of filets:
The Super panga is on a hot streak and continues to create converts to Extreme Panga fishing.
