Jayson Williams is a bigger-than-life fun loving Texan from San Antonio and his posse was running at wide-open throttle in mid-May.
They knocked out a nice swarm of Sailfish with the Discoverer on April 15.

Our good buddy Jay Cobb joined Captain Alex on the Harvester for a big day of Sailfish catching.
These beauties were fired up but the mega panga was ready to bring them in.
Great fish handling by Mate Kevin to secure the safe releases.
“Had a great morning fishing with Francisco and Elias,” writes Shane Murtagh. “They got us into 2 Gallo… I lost one, but landed the other… Here’s a shot for you.”
The Wanderer kept up the strong action with another CCA TX group on April 15.
Josh Green’s group knocked out several nice Sailfish on the flagship.
Captain William isn’t one to let any precious fishing time go to waste, proven by this Sailfish score just before sunset.
Mick Carlson and his boys had a huge day of blue water action with Captain William. They started out with this nice Dorado:
Then they strapped up for battle with a series of nice Pacific Sailfish.
The bite stayed strong all the way until the last few minutes of the half day trip, topped off with this early afternoon Sailfish.
Another day, another sweet Sailfish released by the battleship Discoverer.

More awesome Sailfish action for the Harvester on April 13!
The bite has been fast and furious this week, and Captain Alex has taken full advantage of these hungry Sailfish.
Jayson William’s posse took to the Wanderer on the 13th and these fun-lovin San Antonio anglers scored a swarm of sweet Sailfish releases.
Great work by another fun group from CCA Texas.
Mate Johnson pulled off all the releases safely and swiftly, adding to the good vibes on this trip.

On the rare occasion that the Sailfish bite offshore shuts down, the inshore Rooster fish have been around to save the day.

Jay Cobb is a tough angler from our backyard in Jacksonville, FL and his group had a big time on the mega panga Harvester on April 12.
The Sailfish were stacked up thick and they were biting very aggressively; seems like another one was waiting after each safe release for their turn to get photographed.
Captain Alex’ six years learning from Master Captain William has made him a great boatman, and also made him an excellent photographer…look at these beautiful shots!
