Captain David is a master of the inshore spots near Garza Bay, and on the 31st his clients scored a nice pile of Yellowfin Tunas.

Lauren Frederick’s group finished out their 3-day fishing campaign with another fun day of offshore action.
They nagged several Sailfish releases, then added a nice Yellowfin Tuns for their end-of-trip dinner. Most importanly, they have a bunch of great fishing memories to last a lifetime.
Ted Markow’s family returned on the 30th for a fantastic day of offshore fishing on the Discoverer.
They pulled off this super-challenging Double Sailfish relese, then added a solo Sailfish release later in the trip.
A tasty Yellowfin Tuna rounded out the haul for Team Markow.
Charley Smith and Morgan Trible continued their dominance of Pacific Sailfish on January 29.
Captain Alex reports that the action was fierce and the Harvester scored a pair of excellent Sailfish releases.
A small Dorado rounded out the day, perfet for an evening snack.

After a pair of nice Sailfish releses, they cooled off with a dip into the Pacific blue water.

The Harvester set a new high bar for the season with NINE Sailfish releases on the 28th. Morgan Trible, Charley Smith, and photograpther Yorhany Annovazzi were on board to capture these beauties.
The Double Sailfish release was clearly a highlight, but the action stayed strong all day long.
Captain Fico posted a banner day with Lauren Frederick’s group on the 27th. An early Sailfish release was a great way to start the trip.
Throughout the day swarms of Yellowfin Tunas came running through the spread, and the super panga was ready to catch them.
The kept five big Yellowfin Tunas ranging from 30lbs. – 40lbs.
Captain Alex continued to deliver on January 26 with the Trible / Smith group scoring several sweet Sailfish releases.
The Discoverer was excited to welcome back Ted Markow’s family for a return trip to the blue water.
Just like their trip last year, Team Markow did great. They enjoyed a fun Sailfish release, then nagged big Dorados.
They also battled a Blue Marlin but it spit the hook before it could be billed.
“Kevin and Carlos know what they are doing,” wrote Ted. “I watched Kevin prepping the equipment and bait on the ride out. He pays attention to details. Carlos sees the fish when they are going after the attractors. Kevin brings the bait close to the fish in order to hook them. They did not miss many fish.”
“What great memories for my 15 year old and 11 year old daughters. Not may 15 year old girls can say they fought a 200lb plus blue marlin for almost 30 minutes.”
