On the 19th, the Explorer welcomed Rob Youngman and his family for a quick five-hour trip to the blue water, and the 28-foot fighter knocked out several sweet Sailfish releases.
Even on a short day the Explorer delivers the goods!
The white-hot billfish bite continued on July 19 with Captain Alex reporting a mammoth day for anglerย Steve Balz and his boys. This monster Blue Marlin was the highlight of the trip:

Of course the boys didn’t go home empty-handed, as a squad of tasty Dorados found their way to the fishbox.

Brady Ballard joined up with the Discoverer on the 19th and was treated to excellent offshore action, starting with this World-Class Blue Marlin release:

The early part of the day featured great meat fish action with Dorados on ice.
In the afternoon session the Harvester dug in for fun Sailfish releases.
Another fun Texas angler, Crystal Dupre and her group, came down on July 18. A big Dorado was followed up by an excellent Sailfish release.
Brady Ballard brought his posse from Austin, TX for a packed week of action on the blue water with Captain William running the gamut of fish on July 17.
This early-morning Sailfish release was quickly followed up by a variety of tasty table fare.
First a big Dorado, then a pack of Yellowfin Tunas…looks like dinner is served!
A big monster came late in the day. This monster Blue Marlin is a true warrior and it took the best boat in Central America to capture and release her.

The Discoverer kept the good times rolling with Brent Louviere’s group scoring several sweet Sailfish releases on the 18th.
Nice fish handling by Mate Kevin means that these monsters will be around for more duels in the future.

July 16th saw more good Dorado action on the Wanderer. No one is going hungry this week!
Captain Carlos of the Discoverer and angler Crystal Dupre knocked it out of the park with this excellent Yellowfin Tuna.
