Captain Alex welcomed Raymond Plumb for an afternoon 2.5 hour trip, not enough time to head offshore but enough time ply the inshore reefs for a monster Cubera Snapper.
The Explorer performed brilliantly on July 5 with clients Keith Benson and Heidi Watson. At the top of the scoreboard were these wonderful Rooster fish releases.
Then they nabbed a nice Dorado later in the day.
The walk-off shot was this mammoth Cubera Snapper:

Captain Fico finished the month strong with a run of monster days in late June.
These Sailfish have become par for the course onboard the barroom brawler, however the Explorer also scored big on the inshore reef…check out this MONSTER Cubera Snapper:
Captain Alex is on a run of great Cubera Snapper catches, and client Brian Dutcher scored this monster early in the day on the 10th:
Then in the afternoon the Harvester ventured offshore where they found light rains and heavy Sailfish action.

Bill Hogan had a very productive day on the water with Captain Carlos, scoring several slick Yellowfin Tunas backed up with a nice Cubera Snapper to close out the trip.
The Tallahassee Offshore Mafia is back in the house, led by returning Hall of Famer Chuck Harris.
These Florida anglers have made fishing in a June a tradition for several years and are primed for another great week of action.
They scored some nice-sized Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados to start the trip, then finished the day inshore with a wonderful Cubera Snapper:
Kevin Reed and the boys stayed inshore with Captain Alex on June 8, reporting this excellent Rooster Fish early in the morning.
After the live release, they scored a second nice Rooster Fish.
They stayed on the reef and scored a GIGANTIC Cubera Snapper:
Craig swears that he lost an 80+lbs. just one day before this catch, and it looks like the Moss group might have snagged the one that got away!
Craig and Captain Alex deployed the classic live-bait Cubera Snapper Tactic to perfection, yielding this 41lbs. monster late in the day on June 5.
On the afternoon of the 19th Captain Fico welcomed Kevin Mumphrey and his family for an morning half-day filled with fun action.
Their efforts yielded lots of good filets with a big Cubera Snapper and a nice-sized Yellowfin Tuna on ice.
Great work for just a five hour outing!
