On their second day, Paul Erickson and Ned Saqer upped their performance on the big battleship Discoverer.



Excellent Sailfish releases were buttressed by a swath of nice Dorados. Great work by Captain Carlos!

Our dear friends Paul Erickson and Ned Saqer returned for a three-day campaign on the Discoverer; on the first day they warmed up with Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados.




Samuel Scheenstra scored a Sailfish release with the Discoverer on November 8.

Joe Ambrefe’s group split up between the Wanderer and Discoverer on November 7. The big battleship led the way with a super Sailfish release:


They spent the rest of the day scoring Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados. A true feast awaits!






On November 6 Captain Carlos and the Discoverer welcomed George Cope for a great day of fish-catching action.



Sailfish releases are a great memory, and on the tangible side they brought home a nice stack of Dorado and Yellowfin Tuna filets.








On November 5 the Discoverer and angler Samuel Scheenstra scored a sweet stack of Dorados:



They really filled the filet bag with a nice array of medium-sized Yellowfin Tunas:

The Discoverer started the season on November 2 with angler Joe Batilla scoring a nice rack of tasty filets.



They scored Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas, leading to a full and diverse spread for the dinner table.


The Discoverer closed out the season on August 26 with a very productive trip with Jean Fortin’s group.


A nice Dorado was backed up with a stack of Yellowfin Tunas on ice.

Steve Kilpatrick enlisted the Discoverer on August 23, and the big battleship scored a pair of nice Sailfish releases.



They also nagged a tasty Jack Crevelle for the ceviche bowl!

On August 22, the Discoverer welcomed Paul Gedenberg’s group for a fun day of Sailfish releases.
