The Explorer pulled double duty on December 4. In the morning session, Captain Antonio and Mate Raffa welcomed our good friend John Beran for some fun Yellowfin Tuna catches.
They finished up the trip with a quick visit to the Pink Island; this sandbar only appears at low tide and is a fun side-trip.
The action stayed hot in the afternoon as the Explorer nabbed more Yellowfin Tunas.
They added variety with White Tuna and Cierro Mackeral.
Gary Dascher’s group scored on November 27 with the Explorer reporting a Cierro Mackeral, Amberjack, and White Tuna on ice.
The Explorer continued to score on November 26; this excellent array of Yellowfin Tunas and White Tunas will keep this group fed well all week.
Sushi, anyone?
Captain Antonio and Mate Raffa delivered a nice variety of inshore catches on November 25. Check out these ceviche-worthy Jack Crevalles and Cierro Mackerals:
Greg Correia scored the fish-of-a-lifetime with the Explorer and Captain Antonio on November 11.
This monster Blue Marlin was safely released by Mate Raffa after the photos.
The Explorer released a pair of big billfish on November 8.

The Explorer scored big on August 25 with Emily Martin’s group scoring a lovely Amberjack:
They added a Dorado to diversify their filet bag.
The Martin group brought home dinner from their August 23rd trip on the Explorer. Check out this tasty Yellowfin Tuna:
Craig Sutton and Marino Lora scored a wonderful Wahoo on August 21st with the Explorer. They nabbed this beast on a tiny #1 planer, 1 1/2 inch spoon, and 30lbs mono on a Tiagra 30.
