Leo Folse came back for more mega panga mayhem on the 15th, starting with a nice Sailfish release:
A wonderful Dorado followed, providing excellent eating for this fun Florida fishing couple.
Southern California angler Shawn Hagerty brought his family along for a great day of fun fishing action on April 15.
This first Sailfish was a monster and required a little help from Pops to reel it in.
The next two fish were a handful but no match for Team Hagerty.
Great work by Captain William and the mighty flagship Wanderer!
On April 14, our friend Leo Folse finally made his pilgrimage to the mega panga Harvester.
Mr. Folse is a serious panga enthusiast and was so impressed with the performance of the 32-foot Eduardono hull that he purchased two Eduardono hulls for himself.
Captain Alex and the Harvester certainly met his expectations with a bunch of Sailfish releases.
Devon Kelly’s family joined the most-consistent fish-catching machine in the bay on April 10 with Captain Carlos reporting several more sweet Sailfish.
Excellent work by the big battleship!
The Wanderer provided a great ending to Dennis Paul’s trip with a nice third day of fishing on the 11th.
More great Sailfish releases populated the scorecard for this FishingNosara Hall of Famer.
They also nabbed a small Yellowfin; perfect for celebratory sushi!
Legendary FishingNosara Hall of Famer Dennis Paul has returned to his favorite boat, enlisting Captain William and the Wanderer for a trip on April 9.
He brought some of his family along to get their first taste of blue water offshore action, and their beginner’s luck shone through with some early Sailfish releases.
The highlight of the trip was this monster Dorado; easily over 50lbs.!
Great work by Captain William and the flagship!
Just two days removed from the tournament win, the Harvester welcomed Skip Sandell on the 9th and his posse put a whoppin’ on the Sailfish.
Harris ‘El Matador’ Savin kept his hot fishing streak active with a gaggle of great Sailfish releases with Captain Carlos on the 9th.
Sweet work to release these beauties alive and well.
Legendary Carolina angler Dan Johnson was fishing hard during and after the Ship of Fools tournament, and on the 9th he scored two nice Sailfish on the Explorer.
The Explorer also had Blue marlins in the spread but wouldnโt bite, and later nabbed two Groupers and other bottom fish.
“Great day with the fishing team always. Thank you. Dan Johnson”
The Discoverer snuck in an afternoon trip with FishingNosara Northeast Rep Mark Cooney and managed to score a couple of Sailfish releases on the brief trip.
