Daniel Kelly joined the Explorer on January 2 for excellent Sailfish action, including this very challenging Double Sailfish release:


On January 1st, the Discoverer welcomed returning angler Spencer Stoetzel for an amazing day on the blue water. Look at this HUGE Wahoo:




They added variety to the filet bag with this mammoth Dorado:

They also released a pair of Sailfish releases. Great work by Captain Carlos and the big battleship!



Captain Wilson closed out the year on December 31 with an awesome blue water trip.


A lovely Sailfish release was backed up with some Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados for the dinner table.



The Discoverer welcomed James Rantanen on the 31st.


On top of a nice Sailfish release, they also scored multiple Dorados.



The Explorer closed out 2023 with a lovely haul on the 31st.




The Discoverer pulled double-duty on December 30. In the morning 5-hour session the big battleship and Eliot Maurer’s group scored a nice Yellowfin Tuna backed-up with a sweet Sailfish release.



The Explorer and Rocky Carter’s group released Sailfish and brought home a nice Dorado on December 28.



FishingNosara Hall of Famer Kevin Shimp and his family were back in Nosara on December 27 for a great day on the Wanderer.



Master Captain William reports a nice Sailfish release backed-up with a nice-sized Yellowfin Tuna.




On December 27 the Discoverer welcomed angler Bill Cohen for a fun day of blue water action.

Rob Scott’s group was on the Explorer on December 26, the ladies scored big with an early Sailfish release.




For the dinner table they bought home Dorado and Yellowfin Tuna filets.





They cooled off with a dip in the ocean before sunbathing on the ride back. Excellent trip for the Explorer.
