It’s an honor to welcome our friends from the Ultimate Outdoors TV show for a week of fun fishing action. Things got off to a perfect start with this MASSIVE Marlin release:
The Discoverer also scored nice action on Dorados:
Country music singer/songwriter Justin Dukes is along for the ride, and he showed his skills on the reel with this nice Yellowfin Tuna.
The fun-loving Sloan Rogers group continued their hot fishing with more nice Dorado scores on the Discoverer.
The staff of Nosara Paradise Rentals got out on the water on August 28 to celebrate the end of another great fishing season.
They scored a good variety of fish, exemplified by the Yellowfin Tunas. El Jefe also nabbed this nice Snapper later in the day.
Great work by the best staff in Costa Rica.
Captain Fico has the Adventurer dialed in and has been scoring a wide variety of inshore species for his clients.
On January 26 the 23-foot switchblade pried up this nice Yellowfin Tuna:
Tuna was on the menu again on February 3. Look at these nice Yella Fellas:
A beautiful score came on February 12 with an excellent Rooster fish release:
That same day he scored a nice pair of Tunas for the dinner table.

Craig Sutton, Jr. came to Nosara to celebrate his birthday with his new fiancee Erica and found some time to get on the water with Captain David on the Explorer. With Carlos serving over on the Wanderer, it was up to Craig to function as angler and first mate for the unstoppable Super panga.
After missing on an early strike, the team recovered with a Double Header Sailfish release around 10:30am. Craig had to fight the first fish from a stationary boat as Captain David cleared the lines with one hand and hooked the second fish with his other hand.
“I’ve caught a lot a Sailfish, but this was the first one that talked to me,” Craig later commented. “He covered 25 feet in a single jump and it was all I could do to keep the line from falling into the water.”
After a quick release shot Craig billed the second fish; though not the behemoth of the first one, you can tell from the strain on Craig’s face that this fish was also a serious beast.
Like any good future husband, Craig also stopped to pick up dinner on the way home in the form of this nice 15lbs. Bluefin Tuna.ย
