On January 7, Mark Stute and the Explorer scored a nice selection of Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas.
Dan Johnson and his friends had an excellent trip on January 7 with the big battleship Discoverer. Big Dorados were stacked up thick and the boys were ready for battle.
Cary Clark’s group continued to score on January 6, with the Discoverer nabbing Dorado and Yellowfin Tunas.

They also piled up a nice stack of Dorado filets for the dinner table.
The Harvester reported a nice Sailfish release during a 5-hour trip on January 5 with angler Dustin Gassner’s group.
Dan Johnson from Hatteras, NC took local owners of Las Brasa Steakhouse in Guiones Norte for a fun day of fishing on the Discoverer.
They caught bottom fish and two Dorados.
They also released a Sailfish. A good time was had by all.
The Explorer rescues two Turtles caught in a debris pile.
Excellent work by Captain Antonio Mendoza, Mate Raffa, and angler/cameraman/narrator Manny Rivera.
During the fishing day, Manny and the crew scored multiple nice Dorados and a big Yellowfin Tuna.
Luke Vande Guchte had a big day on the Harvester. Nice football-sized Yellowfin Tunas dot the scorecard.
They also scored a very nice Dorado. Great filet variety on the mega panga.
Late arriving report from December 10. Captain Fito battled and bested an energized Blue Marlin with angler Alexander Gateman.
This monster was released after a crazy battle.
Cary Clark’s family spilt up between the Wanderer and Discoverer on January 4, and the group on the flagship scored a nice Sailfish release.
They loaded up on Dorado filets throughout the trip.
