Fishin’ Accomplished!
The Wanderer stayed inshore during late-April to take advantage of an influx of 5-10lbs. Red Groupers.
These may not look impressive, but don’t forget that they are coming in multiple strikes and the fishbox fills up quickly.
In addition to the meat yield, the strikes are fun and the fights are easy.
Captain Alex nabbed a super high-flying Saifish to close out the month of April.
Perfect fish handling on the release by Mate Kevin means that we’ll see this energetic fish again soon.
The Explorer welcomed angler Thomas Biggs for a quick 5-hr. trip on the 21st, and they score big filets.
This large Tuna was backed up by a healthy 25lbs. Dorado.
Our old pal Paul Ewald returned for a fun week of fishing on his favorite boat: the 23′ Adventurer with the unstoppable Captain David.
This fat Yellowfin Tuna is just a taste of the great action delivered by the inshore switchblade.
Mr. Harry Mason scored a nice Sailfish release on the 16th with Captain Fico on the Explorer.
Excellent fish handling by Mate Elias saw to the safe release. Great work!
The Discoverer struck again with a MASSIVE Blue Marlin release on April 15.
This monster put up a heck of a fight but was no match for Captain Carlos and the battleship.
