Our good friend Javier Perez brought a big group to Nosara in early December, and on the 6th they got started with a big day of action on theย Discoverer.
Captain Carlos reports seven nice Yellowfin Tunas on ice, but the real monster of the day was this BIG Dorado.
Looks like everyone will be fed this week!
John Egan helped us bring the first month of the new season to a close on November 27.
This batch of Yellowfin Tuna filets are the perfect end to a great month of offshore action.
John Egan’ group came back for more on November 26. The Discoverer was happy to have them, and delivered a pair of memorable Sailfish releases:
They also piled up a stack of nice Yellowfin Tunas.
Craig was onboard the big battleshipย Discoverer for a fun afternoon of fishing. He nagged a nice Sailfish release and a tasty Dorado.
Our friend John Egan brought a big group and split up between all of the 32-foot boats in the FishingNosara fleet. Over on theย Discoverer, they scored a piled of Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas.
They also added a Sailfish release for the photo album.
Our great friend Ernest Willam Catsulis has returned to Nosara for Thanksgiving week, and he brought his family along for this fishing adventure.
Gavin Harper nagged this nice Sailfish release for the trophy case, and then Tyler, Amanda and Hannah brought home dinner with these excellent Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados.

Theย Discoverer and Scott O’Kelley continued the hot fishing action on the 22nd.
Multiple Sailfish releases were supplemented by a few nice Dorados for the dinner table.
Rickie Crews rounded out his haul on the 14th with these serious Yellowfin Tuna catches.
Rickie Crews has been scoring blue water beasties all week, but on Friday the 13th his group pulled off the very difficult TRIPLE SAILFISH RELEASE.
Captain Carlos and Mate Kevinย had their hands full keeping this trio of hunters separated during the battle.
No twists or tangles; all three fish were safely revived and released. Great work by theย Discoverer.
