Ken Russell kept up the good fishing on the 24th. More meat for the fridge for this New York-based angler!

Captain Carlos continued the consistent catching with Mike Bosma’s family.

Sailfish release in the morning and meat fish in the afternoon; its become standard fare this month for the Discoverer, much to our guests’ delight.

The Discoverer and Debbie May’s group got it going on March 22. Captain Carlos started off with Sailfish releases.

Then they got into it with some nice Yellowfin Tunas and a Dorado on ice. Great work by the big battleship.

The FishingNosara team hit a Marlin dry-spell in the middle of March, but Captain Fico on the Explorer scouted far offshore and found one on the 19th.

The very next day Captain Carlos capitilzed on that intelligence and found a Black Marlin of his own near the same area.

Teamwork makes the dream work, right?
After the Marlin release, Tom Schwaab’s group also scored a Sailfish release and put a few Yellowfin Tunas in the filet bag.

Great work by the big battleship Discoverer.
On March 18, the big battleship Discoverer welcomed Tom Schwaab and his friends for a fun day offshore. A trio of Sailfish releases marked up the scorecard.

Captain Carlos kept the pedel to the metal on the 17th, scoring Sailfish releases and a tasty Yellowfin tuna.

On March 16, Ryan Pugh took his boys fishing on the Discoverer without the bright glare of the TV cameras.

They still performed like stars with Sailfish release backed up with several Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas.

Nate Goldstein and his family had a wonderful day on the Discoverer on March 14. The highligh of the day was this sweet Marlin fight, captured on video from the tower by Captain Carlos.
This one got away, but a nice Pacfic Sailfish wasn’t so wily.

After the safe release, they also kept the rods bent with several Yellowfin Tunas.

“Carlos and Kevin were fantastic.” Nate wrote in an email. “Kept it moving for the kids, good and mellow vibe, great communication and forethought. Thank you for running a tight ship.”
Hook the Future TV and Captain Don Dingman are back for more blue water action. This time they joined Captain Carlos on the Discoverer and took it offshore to Sailfish City.

“Epic day with awesome anglers Jack and Charlie! I’m so proud of these guys! 7 sails…. double headers…. cameras in their face and they absolutely rocked it!”

“Captain Carlos and Kevin put us in the bite! Can’t wait for tomorrow!”
Cary Clark joined the Discoverer on the 10th for an action-packed day of offshore fishing.
They fought a big Black Marlin in the afternoon, while earlier in the day they scored a Double Sailfish release.

Great work by Captain Carlos and Mate Kevin on the safe releases.
