The Discoverer welcomed Ryan Pryor and Adam LeMaster for a big day of action on the 21st with Captain Carlos reporting a pair of Sailfish releases:
Later on they nabbed two excellent meat fish, a big Dorado and a really big Yellowfin Tuna.
On January 20 Patrick Peltier scored again on the Discoverer with a true Double Sailfish Release.
This magnificent feat was flawlessly executed by Mate Kevin with both fish safely released after the photo.
Later in the day they added this nice Dorado…excellent work all around!
The Discoverer hosted Ryan Pryor and Adam LeMaster’s group on January 18th where they found success early and often.
This big Blue Marlin release was the big score of the day which also included five Yellowfin Tunas and a nice Dorado.

On January 16 our new friends Patrick and Rebecca Peltier has a nice day of action on the Discoverer, highlighted by a pair of Sailfish releases.
On top of that they scored a pair of beefy Dorados. These tasty monsters will make a fine dinner, just wait for us to filet them first!
The Discoverer welcomed anglers Douglas Gawthrop and Tom Hacker for an action-packed morning half day on January 12.
This big Black Marlin is truly the fish of a lifetime, and was a sign of good fishing to come. A nice Sailfish release followed:
The trophy fishes were backed up by a few nice Dorados for the dinner table.

Thomas Coyle joined the Discoverer for an afternoon half day on the 8th, and this angler from New York City performed brilliantly with this excellent Sailfish release:
Ronald Wade’s family couldn’t resist spending a morning half day on the Discoverer on January 2, and it turns out that the fish couldn’t resist the battleship’s spread.
Nice work by Captain Carlos to deliver these nice Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas.

The Discoverer delivered the fish of a lifetime for angler Neil Sessions with this wonderful Black Marlin release:
Captain Carlos’ masterful boat handling kept this fight short and sweet, while Mate Kevin fearlessly executed the safe release of this monster.
Later on in the trip they scored a sweet Sailfish release backed up by a pair of Dorados for the dinner table.
The Discoverer keeps on scoring when it comes to meat fish. On December 20 angler Nicholas Beaird boated several nice-sized Yellowfin Tunas.
Then on December 22 Lizi Alvares’ group took aim at some big Dorados.
