Captain William turned in a brilliant bluewater performance on the 13th. First up with this wonderful early day Sailfish release:
Later in the trip the flagship filled the fishbox with several giant Dorado.

Captain David welcomed Carl Lindberg or Vermont for a very productive day of inshore filet gathering on March 9.
The highlight was the elusive Congrio. One of the few sea creatures that can swim backwards, this unusual fish/eel hybrid yields a tasty white fish that is similar to lobster tail…yummy!
He also nabbed a sandwich-sized Dorado and a nice White Tuna.
He finished off the day with a pair of big Yellowfin Tunas.
Lynda Koehn signed up on the battleship Discoverer for a morning half day trip and scored this lovely Rooster fish inshore:
They also had enough time to get to the nearby deep water and pulled up a nice Dorado for the dinner table:
The Discoverer struck again on the 23rd with John Difillipo’s group reporting two nice Sailfish releases backed up by a big Dorado:
Mario Hoffman’s group scored big inshore fish with the Explorer on February 11th and 13th.
Early scores of meat fish were welcome in the fishbox, and these Rooster Fish releases were also a thrill:
Also they nabbed one of the larger Rock Snappers that we have seen in a long time:

Jerome McKown and his posse of East Texas anglers put in a great day on the big battleship Discoverer on February 4.
The highlight of the day was a pair of big Sailfish releases:
After the safe billfish releases the team ripped up this 30lbs. Dorado:
This big Dorado was a welcome treat that found it’s way to the dinner table back at Nosara Paradise Rentals for an end-of-week fiesta:
The legendary Dan Parker struck again with a huge day of Sailfish releases on the Harvester.
Captain Alex took them offshore and found the billfish were aggressive and hungry.
Early in the day they snatched up 4 Sailfish, all safe released by Mate Kevin.
The highlight of the trip was this awesome Double Sailfish Release:
This is one of the most exciting feats in fishing backed up by some amazing photos.
To round out the trip they put this big Dorado in the fishbox…perfect for a late night snack at Nosara Paradise Rentals with the Jerome McKown group.
The Wanderer kept up the excellent fishing with another set of CCA Texas folks on February 3.
Art and Christine Jones brought their friends along for a trip to the meat market; for starters there was an excellent Yellowfin Tuna bite, which was then followed up by a big tasty Dorado.
They also added a sweet Sailfish release later in the trip:
On February 2, legendary Texas angler Jerome McKown walloped a wicked Wahoo on the flagship Wanderer.
This deck-sweeper is a true monster; each side yielded four 1-gallon bags of filets.
That wasn’t the only fish of the day…this posse of CCA TX anglers nabbed a big Dorado and a number of football-sized Yellowfin Tuna.
