The Discoverer welcomed Wayne Voswinkle for a nice day of catching on May 1, punctuated by a sweet Sailfish release and a tasty Dorado for the fishbox.

Our great friend Eric Dixon returned to Nosara with his family for a relaxing week of fishing.
Mr. Dixon chose the famous Wanderer for a fun family fishing trip where his son and daughter both got an up close look at some excellent fish.
After this Sailfish release, young Cody scored this awesome Dorado for the dinner table.
Way to bring home the bacon young man!
Richard Mumford and Frank Gregg scored the fish of a lifetime with Captain Alex on the Harvester in the form of this 350+lbs. Black Marlin.
Amazing work by Mate Kevin to see to the safe release of this monster after almost two hours of battle.
As an added bonus they also nabbed this Dorado for the dinner table.
The Mega Panga is dialed-in and Captain Alex’ clients are reaping the rewards.
The Discoverer nabbed a Sailfish release on April 19 with client Mike Thornton.
They also added a small Dorado at the end of the trip for future snacking!
Mick Carlson and his boys had a huge day of blue water action with Captain William. They started out with this nice Dorado:
Then they strapped up for battle with a series of nice Pacific Sailfish.
The bite stayed strong all the way until the last few minutes of the half day trip, topped off with this early afternoon Sailfish.
Captain Fico and Mate Elias have delivered white-hot action to their clients this month on the Explorer.
These guys have the 28-foot super panga dialed-in and their results are proof that you don’t need a big boat to catch big fish.
The Sailfish bite is on strong with the barroom brawler knocking out several Sails, including some Double Sailfish releases (above).
Rooster fish releases have also been a constant this month for the Explorer:
It’s not all trophy releases, either. The fish box on the super panga has stayed bloody with reports of big Dorado and feisty Yellowfin Tunas:
The Harvester got on a hot streak this month, starting on the 3rd with this very productive day of Sailfish releases:
Mate Kevin was on top of his game with these big pelagic releases.

The crew also added a medium-sized Dorado for the dinner table. Not bad at all!
Michael Mariola brought his sons along for a family fishing outing on the Wanderer, and the fatherly Captain William showed the boys how it’s done with some big Sailfish releases.
Mate Johnson did an excellent job of making sure these monsters were released safely.
They also scored a small but tasty Dorado later in the trip…always nice to have some filets to bring home.
The Explorer had a monster day on the 17th with three Sailfish releases, two Rooster Fish releases, and a big Dorado on ice.
Nice fish handling by Mate Kevin to ensure safe releases of these prized trophy fish!
It certainly looks like client Dante Quinine and his posse got their fishing fix on this trip!
The Explorer snagged a tasty Dorado on February 12. This monster will certainly keep a few mouths fed for the week:
