Brian and Jo Carr performed brilliantly with Captain William on December 5. How about a Double Sailfish release?
Amazing fish-handling by the crew saw the safe release of both specimens. The same can’t be said for this tasty Dorado and Cierro Mackeral:
On the 5th, the Discoverer welcomed back Salvatore Carrubba for a blue water battle, and this time the big battleship released a world-class Blue Marlin.
You know it’s big-time when Captain Carlos handles the releases…a fish this big can be dangerous to any but the most experienced boatman.
Sailfish releases rounded out the rest of the trip. What a performance!
Our old friend Salvatore Carrubba enlisted the mighty flagship on December 2, and as usual Sal and the boys scored big.
Sailfish scored started the day off right, and then in the afternoon they piled the fishbox high with Dorado and Yellowfin Tuna.
On December 2, the Discoverer scored a super Sailfish release with anglers Brian and Jo Carr.
Master Captain William and angler Pasco Gibson battled a monster Blue Marlin on December 1.
He spit the hook while jumping, but later on a nice Sailfish was released alongside the mighty Wanderer.
A Dorado score will provide dinner for these guys, plus a sushi snack!
The Explorer welcomed angler Nicholas Recchia on December 1.
A wonderful Sailfish release tops the scorecard, which also featured multiple Dorados on ice.
Tony Gilyard joined Captain Fito on December 1st for a nice day of fish-catching.
This excellent Sailfish releases is a great feat, especially from a 23-foot boat. A dinner-time Dorado rounded out the day.
The Armstrong boys had a big day with Captain Fito on November 30. This tasty Dorado will make a fine addition to the dinner table.
They also released a sweet Sailfish…great work by Captain Fito and the 23-foot switchblade Adventurer.
Captain Carlos and the Discoverer went out on the 28th with Ed Benus and Dan Rosensteel.
Once again early Sailfish releases were augmented by a nice pile of Dorado filets.
