After his big day offshore earlier in the week, Randy Sullivan returned to the Discoverer looking to fill the fishbox with tasty Yellowfin Tuna filets.

John Ritchie’s group finished their run of great fishing with a big day of blue water action, starting with this rain-soaked Sailfish release.

The skies cleared later in the day and the Wanderer kept the rods bent with nice Yellowfin Tunas hitting the icebox.

Our main man Yosef of Nosara Paradise Rentals took an afternoon off to perform some ‘company research’ on the Harvester and nabbed this excellent Yellowfin Tuna:

Great work!
Jacksonville angler Bill Weaver and his girlfriend left their mark on Nosara’s blue water on board the mega panga Harvester.

Early Sailfish releases got everyone’s blood pumping, then the afternoon brought a bevy of sweet Yellowfin Tuna.

Captain William stayed strong through mid-August with more excellent Sailfish and Yellowfin Tuna action.

There were multiple Sailfish releases early in the trip.

Then later in the day the flagship scored dinner with this excellent Yellowfin Tuna on ice.

Josh Elder and his son enjoyed a wonderful day of action with Captain David on the Adventurer. The highlight was this rockin’ Rooster Fish release:

They also brought home some filets thanks to this Yellowfin Tuna and big Rainbow Runners.

The Harvester stayed on the bite with this excellent Yellowfin Tuna score on August 11:

Our great friend Roche Jaggelli and his daughter Rochelle joined the mighty flagship Wanderer for a great day on the water, highlighted by this sweet Yellowfin Tuna.

Great work by the mighty Wanderer!
Captain David kept the rods bent on August 10th with a big Jack Crevelle backed-up by 10 nice-sized Yellowfin Tunas

South Carolina Outdoors’ host Bill Haire finished off his week in Nosara with a fish-filled day on the Wanderer.

Young Mr. Haire got the day rolling with a 15lbs. Yellowfin Tuna backed up with this feisty Sailfish release.

Bill’s cameraman finally got his chance on the reel, and performed brilliantly with a second Sailfish release:

Bill Haire got a lesson in Ballyhoo rigging from Captain David (on loan from the Adventurer in the Mate position).

Then put those Ballyhoo to work with another nice billfish battle.

This is a great finish to their week of filming and we look forward to sharing the finished episodes with the anglers of South Carolina and beyond.
