Phil Lommen and Ron Sever stayed inshore with Captain Alex on the 4th, and they kept the rods bent with these elusive Pargo Roqueros.

The Explorer had a banner day on February 3 with angler Brendan Champagne and his group nagging a wide variety of species.

This rocking Rooster Fish release headlined a day that also included a super Sailfish release:

Then the barroom brawler headed to the meat market. The first filets in the basket were these Dorado:

Then it was Yellowfin Tuna time!

Adding to the filet diversity was this awesome Cubera Snapper:

Excluding Marlin, this trip featured pretty much every major species in our fishery…all in a days work for Captain Fico, Mate Elias, and the multi-faceted Explorer
Wanna skip Sea World? Check out this pod of Orca playing around with 32 foot Harvester. You never know what you’ll see offshore of Nosara…Great to see these beauties in the wild.
After this fun nature sighting, the Harvester got down to business with Craig Sutton and Rodger Dwork reporting excellent fishing results.

These Dorados are a treat, but nothing compared to these big swole Yellowfin Tunas:

Great work by Captain Alex and the Mega Panga.

On February 1 our pal Dan Johnson joined Captain Fico and the Explorer for a fun day offshore.

They released two Sailfish, with one of them jumping off close to the boat. Dan also scored this nice big gaffer Dorado:

Great work by the barroom brawler Explorer!
Tony Williams joined up with Captain William on the Wanderer to start the month off right with a sweet Sailfish release.

Then the action picked up with multiple Dorado scores.

Great job by the mighty flagship Wanderer!
Angler Mark Bradford posted the angling achievement of a lifetime with this excellent Blue Marlin the release on January 30.

Captain William reported this score in the middle of their morning 5-hour trip.

Amazing work by the mighty flagship Wanderer.
Captain Alex finished up the month with Diana Foster’s group on the 30th, and the mega panga reporting an excellent Sailfish release backed up with lots of nice Dorados.

Fresh on the heels of the Sailfish release came wave after wave of Dorados.

Awesome job by Captain Alex and the famous Harvester.

Jerome McKown is in the FishingNosara Hall of Famer, and this time he is back with a big group of fun-loving Texas anglers.

These boys laid down the law with these feisty Sailfish releases.

These sweet Sailfish releases put the big battleship to the test, but the Discoverer never backs down from a challenge.

Great job by Captain Carlos, Mate Kevein, and these Lone Star anglers.

The Wanderer welcomed Blain Brookshire and Kim Davis for a trio of full days in late January, and they piled up the fishbox with lots of nice Dorados.

After filling the refrigerator on their first trip, they belted up for battle with some super Sailfish:

Naturally they replenished their Dorado stores later in the trip.

Returning angler John Horger also got in on the consistent blue water action in late January. These fat Dorados are a great way to keep this group fed during their week in Nosara.

They also nabbed a super Sailfish release for the trophy case.

Excellent work by Captian Carlos and Mate Kevin.
