It’s been a hot week of action at the Nosara River Mouth has the Snook action has picked up in a big way.

Javier led the way with this monster Robolo, caught on Father’s Day no less!

Our friend Leo (above) is certainly service fresh fish at Rancho Tico tonight!

The River Mouth provided her bounty all month long with more Snook, Ponpano, and Permit you can imagine.

Our good buddy Bob Hartin and his family took to the Mega Panga as a school of BIG Yellowfin Tuna swarmed our area, and the crafty Captain Alex was on the scene to mop them up!

Bob scored big fish with us way back in 2012, and it’s good to see his fishing prowess is still top-notch.

They added to the big monster Yellowfin from the morning with a armload of 30-40lbs. Yellas later in the afternoon.

Add to that a nice Sailfish and you got a perfect day of blue water action:

Kim Gill’s group kept the heat up with an excellent second day of fishing on June 21. Big Rooster Fish releases were the first order of the day on this inshore morning.

After the quartet of trophy fish releases, they added to the icebox with a whopper Cubera Snapper

This second bigger fish lived up to it’s name with an attempted SNAP:

All is a day’s work by the Master Captain William!
