Mark Hirvonen of the Scott Hed group capped of a nice week of fishing on the Wanderer with a bittersweet Marlin battle.
This monster put on an aerial show, but spit the hook and escaped long before we could get her close to the boat. However they did score a nice Dorado for the cooler.
Returning angler Scott Hed had an awesome time on the Discoverer with Captain Carlos reporting three Sailfish releases, three Yellowfin Tunas, and a nice Dorado.
It’s a welcome surprise to see big Yellowfin Tunas this early in the year.
Our old pal Scott Hed posted a banner day with Captain David on the 11th. His inshore haul was highlighted by this massive Dorado:
Thay also boated several more nice Mahi-Mahi filets for the dinner table.
Our good friend Scott Hed had a big day on the Adventurer with a Jack Crevelle, White Tuna, and Yellowfin Tuna on the scorecard.
Captain David is on fire this month and shows no signs of letting up…bad news for the fish!
