The Wanderer‘s big time performances kept coming on May 6 as the Good Doctors put the finishing touches on a great week of fishing.
Once again the Sailfish swarm didn’t stand a chance against these Northwest Florida anglers.

The Explorer welcomed some great clients for the first of several days of extreme panga fishing.
They wasted little time introducing themselves to the local Sailfish population.
Great hunting by Captain Carlos paired with safe fish-handling by Mate Kevin made for the perfect day of fishing on the Explorer!
Daniel and Vicky Martinko kept their hot streak alive on the mighty Wanderer with a pleathora of sweet Sailfish releases.

Captain William kept this couple on the bite all day long, and First Mate Alex was there to see to the safe releases.

Daniel Martinko and his bride Vicky celebrated their honeymoon on the Explorer with a fantastic Double Sailfish release.
They backed that up with several more Sails, including this beauty reeled in by Vicky:

May 4 brought a singular fishing mission to the Wanderer: Strictly Sailfish!
Chuck Harris and the boys patrolled the street of Sailfish City and roped in the pez velas with a vengeance.
Captain William and First Mate Alex are the best crew in the area for a reason…multiple safe Sailfish releases are the norm for the crew of the flagship.

Chuck’s Harris’ group of Good Doctors stayed on the the bite with Captain David and the up-and-coming Mate Elias.
Despite his lack of experience, Elias shows good instincts with these three Sailfish releases.

The Good Doctors stayed strong on the Wanderer with reports of big Dorados, Sailfish, and Yellowfin Tuna offshore.

Client Max Kellogg scored a mighty Marlin with the flagship Wanderer on May 2.
This high-flying monster put up a heck of a fight, but Max kept the heat on her aided by Captain William’s masterful boat handling:
Look carefully at the :08 mark…How the heck does he keep perfect pace to keep the Marlin alongside while still sneaking out from behind the wheel to take this picture?
Cause he is a badass. That’s how.
Nice fish-handling by First Mate Alex to see the fish and angler safely separated to fight another day.
Max followed up this fish of a lifetime with a few Sailfish releases.

Then they closed out the day with a picture-perfect Rooster fish release.
“We just got back.ย Got a 300# Blue, 2 decent sized Sailfish, and a nice Rooster, probably 40#+. ย Lost a couple of small dorado. ย ย Came in about 2:30. ย Great trip – perfect conditions!”
The Wanderer welcome a great group of Texas anglers for a three day battle versus the big boys roaming the streets of Sailfish City.
Lance Lolley won this trip through his local chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association and Captain William delivered the goods for these Lone Star anglers.
They also added a Rooster fish release on their final trip of the week to augment their full scorecard of Sailfish releases.
