Texas anglers Teresa Sims and Ping Aplin turned in lovely performance with the Wanderer on January 25. Check out this monster Wahoo:

They added a big Dorado and several football-sized Yellowfin Tunas. Great day all around!

This is what Teresa had to say:

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT WILLIAM AND ELIAS ON  THE WANDERER! THEY ARE AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST! NOT ONLY WERE THEY MOST PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMAN TO US LADIES – THEY WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF FOR US GIRLS. WE HAD A GREAT TWO DAYS FISHING – 5 TUNA- 2 WAHOO (581/2 INCH AND ABOUT 50 POUNDS) 1 DORADO AND 3 SAILS. THE GUYS WERE SO DETERMINED FOR US TO CATCH AND HAVE A GREAT TIME.

Two New Mexican couples (Marcia and Alan Andre along with Neal Beroz and Judy Levin) enjoyed their first day of fishing on January 16 on the Wanderer.

The highlight was three Sailfish releases and two Dorados on ice. Here is Alan with the group’s first Dorado:

Marcia was surprised that she was actually able to reel in this gorgeous Sailfish!

Neal scores the first of many Sailfish from the trip.

Judy gets a little help from Captain William with this stunning Dorado.
