Captain David on the Discoverer has been on a tear all month. Along with trusty Mate Juan Carlos the new battleship has scored victories on a wide array of Marlin and Sailfish. plus added lots of good eating fish for the filet bag.

This Marlin was a feisty fighter, clean released as usual by Mate Juan Carlos. The Sailfish have been coming into the spread in droves and Captain David has capitalized big time.

Finally, check out the girth on these Dorados and the numbers of these Tunas:

Great work by Captain David!
Doc Hatton and the boys put a whipping on some fat Dorados with Captain William on the Wanderer.

This brightly-colored fishing team from New Jersey got on the fish early and stayed strong all day long.

Later in the trip they discovered a school of nice Yellowfin Tuna between 25lbs.-40lbs.

Another day, another full filet bag from the mighty Wanderer.

Captain Scott Brownlee and his buddy Gene DiBetta took a whirlwind trip to Nosara where they fished three trips in three days…that’s Florida anglers for ya!

The Discoverer reports lots of great catches for this duo.

What’s even better is that these guys planned this trip four days before they arrived…when the fishing itch hits, you gotta scratch!
The Discoverer has kept cooking with gas in the New Year with a fantastic run on Sailfish.

Captain David and Mate Juan Carlos have found their billfishing rhythm and are posting double-digit release numbers.

Also they have scored some excellent meat fish, from the usual Dorado to the rare-for-this-time-of-year Yellowfin Tuna:

Great work by the battleship!
December 22 was another day of double-duty for William and Alex on the flagship, and the morning clients got things cooking with a bunch of Sailfish releases.

In the afternoon session, Hendrick Engel and his daughter continued their fishing hot streak with a bevy of Yellowfin Tuna catches on the Wanderer.

It is rare to see Yella Fellas this early in the season, especially with such good size to them.

Team Engel also scored a nice Sailfish to round out the day.
Roger Bowgen doubled-down on his first great day of fishing with another world-beating performance with Captain William on December 20 with ANOTHER Mighty Marlin release!

Scored by Roger’s son, this Striped Marlin a true fish of a lifetime!

They also rallied up three Sailfish, including one especially high-flyin’ specimen.

Safe releases all around by the incomparable First Mate Alex.

The Bowgen Boys also walloped a beautiful Yellowfin Tuna.

Add those filets to that trophy case full of billfish releases and you have another fantastic trip delivered by the mighty Wanderer.
Corey Cabral and his posse had a fantastic half-day trip on the Wanderer will great Sailfish action backed up with thick Yellowfin Tuna

Captain William is off to a fast start this season…with this trio of releases he is already at ten Sailfish releases and we are still in the first month!

It’s an unusual treat to see beefy Yella Fellas this early in the season, but trust me that no one is complaining!

Great fishing by the flagship Wanderer and these excellent Naples, FL anglers.
Jacksonville’s own John ‘Porkchop’ Porcella knocked out a wide variety of sea life on board the Explorer, highlighted by this big Amberjack:

Later in the day they went offshore and roped a Double Sailfish release!

Excellent performance from Captain Carlos and the boat that doesn’t know the meaning of ‘off-season’!
Captain Carlos has the Explorer rocking-and-rolling this ‘off-season’ with another successful trip on October 10.

This Sailfish release was the highlight of the trip. Great release by Mate Kevin to assure we’ll see this beauty again later this season.

They didn’t leave empty handed, either; this tasty Yellowfin Tuna will yields some excellent filets for this growing lad. Nice catch!
