Captain David reported four White Tunas ranging between 8lbs. and 12lbs. each on his January 25 trip with Mr. and Mrs. George Brayfield.

This filets are very tasty and a favorite for sushi in particular.

This filets are very tasty and a favorite for sushi in particular.
Captain Fico knows how to deliver good results in a short amount of time; on January 24 client Robert Pawley booked a 5hr. half day and the super panga delivered a super Sailfish release:


The mega panga Harvester welcomed client Richard Dennis for a double Marlin release day on January 24.



This pair of juvenile Marlins put up the same strong fight as their full-grown brethren and challenged the skills of Captain Alex to keep the fish from tangling.





Beautiful fish-handling by Mate Kevin saw to a pair of safe releases of these unruly teenage Marlin.


All this on just a 5 hour trip!
The Discoverer released a nice Sailfish on the 22nd with Captain Carlos reporting great action on the nearby blue water.

Pretty sweet when the fish is almost as big as the angler! Nice fish handling by Mate Juan Carlos to ensure the safety of this majestic creature.
Dan Johnson was back in the thick of the action again on January 19 with Captain Fico reporting a nice Sailfish release supported by magnificent Mahi-Mahi filets on ice.


Mate Jhonny slid over to the Super Panga for this trip and put his excellent fish handling on display.

Dan returned to the Explorer on the 21st and put a hurtin’ on this beefy Dorado:







Our great friend Dr. Bart Carey enlisted the battleship for a blue water mission on January 21 and the Discoverer did not disappoint.

This mini-Marlin was a fun fish to fight, and Mate Juan Carlos was very careful with the fish-handling. After all we gotta catch this guy again in a few years when it’s a mammoth.

They rounded out the trip with the release of a nice sized Sailfish and the filleting of beefy Dorado.


Thomas Moore got himself a world-class Sailfish release on January 20.


Must be the shirt…We don’t even use teasers that brightly colored!

Captain Carlos delivered the fish of a lifetime for Teresa Heth-Elliott with this sweet Striped Marlin release:

Nice fish-handling from Mate Kevin (on loan from the Harvester) ensured the safety of both fish and angler.

Herbert Heinrich and his son scored the fish of a lifetime with Captain William aboard the mighty Wanderer.



This magnificent Blue Marlin was no match for the flagship and Mr. Heinrich on the reel.

No hard feeling about the Los Suenos hat young man…your Dad’s shirt makes up for it!

David Martinez took a quick trip on the Adventurer on January 19 and nabbed a dinner plate-sized Yellowfin Tuna.

Not bad for just 2.5 hours on the water!
