For the dinner table they snagged a nice Dorado.
Raul Otero scored his first ever Cubera Snapper release with the Wanderer on January 18.
They also released a fantastic Rooster fish later in the trip.
Raul Otero has been an favorite of FishingNosara for a long time, and this year he brought his friends Larry Smith, Tom Pompeii, and Dennis Olden.
They nabbed wonderful Sailfish on the Harvester.
Tennessee angler John Rose had a magnificent day with Captain Carlos on January 16.
This amazing Double Sailfish Release was backed-up by two other solo releases:
In addition to the trophy releases, they scored Yellowfin Tunas and Dorados for the dinner table.
Two New Mexican couples (Marcia and Alan Andre along with Neal Beroz and Judy Levin) enjoyed their first day of fishing on January 16 on the Wanderer.
The highlight was three Sailfish releases and two Dorados on ice. Here is Alan with the group’s first Dorado:

They also released two solo Sailfish. For the dinner table they scored a pair of big tasty Dorados.
On January 14, Dan Johnson from Hatteras, NC took Cristobal, Alfonzo, Martin, and Rodrigo for a fun day on the Wanderer.
The released a monster 350lbs. Blue Marlin and also released two Sailfish.
They also caught several nice Dorados.
Blake Klopfenstein and his boys made great memories on January 14 with the mega panga.

Mark Andrews and the Harvester had a fun day on January 13.
