The resilient Ed Parker had to wait out a freak wind storm in mid-December. On his rescheduled trip Captain David hunted down this excellent Rooster Fish release.
Great work by the switchbladeย Adventurer.
We welcomed Hong Kong angler James Zhang for a battle on this side of the Pacific on December 21. He performed beautifully with this super Blue Marlin release:

The barroom brawler also nagged the more predictable haul of Yellowfin Tunas.
John Finley and John Brule were scheduled to fish on theย Adventurer on the 11th, but they chose to move up to theย Explorer to head offshore and hunt big monster fish.
This Sailfish is a beautiful addition to the scrapbook, but the real take-home prizes came later in the trip.
This BIG Yellowfin Tuna is more than an armload, and was joined by a school of smaller friends. Here is FishingNosara’s Northeast US Representative Mark Cooney with a tasty yella fella:
The final treat was this MONSTER floor-sweeping Dorado:
Huge Dorados and Yellowfins? You gotta love this time of year in Nosara.
