The Adventurer scored an Amberjack for the record books on March 15. Look at the girth on this monster:
We say it all the time, you don’t need a big boat to catch big fish in Nosara! Great work by Captain Fico and the switchblade Adventurer.
Captain Fico scored again for his clients on March 11, with a handful of White Tunas on ice. These little morsels yield a dense white meat that is perfect for sushi, filets, and ceviche.
Yellowfin Tuna and Amberjack were on the menu for the Adventurer on March 9, with beefy filets on ice for these smiling clients.

Captain Fico has continued to strengthen his game, especially when it comes to scoring on multiple species in a single trip. On March 5 he filled the fishbox with:
Jack Crevalle,
Cubera Snapper,
…and the tasty Cierro Mackeral. Great results from the boat that is always on the fish.
The inshore bite stayed strong for Captain Fico has he guided this young angler to an excellent Yellowfin Tuna.
These 20-25lbs. Yellas usually show up in the summer, so it’s a nice treat to see one this early in the year.
Captain Fico has the Adventurer cooking with tons of great catches to report. For starters, check out this mammoth Ponpano scored by the switchblade.
This manhole cover will yield some excellent Ceviche. Great catch!
Captain Fico has the Adventurer dialed in and has been scoring a wide variety of inshore species for his clients.
On January 26 the 23-foot switchblade pried up this nice Yellowfin Tuna:
Tuna was on the menu again on February 3. Look at these nice Yella Fellas:
A beautiful score came on February 12 with an excellent Rooster fish release:
That same day he scored a nice pair of Tunas for the dinner table.

Captain Fico has the 23-foot Adventurer dialed in and he is doing damage on the inshore meat fish. He had three great trips this week, with this 60+lbs. Cubera Snapper at the top of the hit list:
A few days later he pried up this nice Yellowtail Snapper from the reefs at Pincha Padre. Not as big as the Cubera but twice as tasty on the plate.
Recently some meaty Dorado have swung inside of the blue water break and the sneaky Adventurer was there to welcome them to the buffet:
