After this fun nature sighting, the Harvester got down to business with Craig Sutton and Rodger Dwork reporting excellent fishing results.
These Dorados are a treat, but nothing compared to these big swole Yellowfin Tunas:
Great work by Captain Alex and the Mega Panga.
Craig stayed inshore on the 24th and scored two excellent species using live Bonita rigs.
This Cubera Snapper is delightful table fare and should keep everyone fed for the week.
Later in the trip, this Rooster fish managed to hit the hook but miss the Bonita…fortunately the Harvester released this, the dumbest fish on the reef.

November 23 started a little slow for Craig and the Harvester, but the long morning gave way to an action-packed afternoon.
This 250+lbs. Marlin hit the starboard teaser like a bomb and put up a strong fight. The Harvester prevailed with a sweet release after a 30 minute fight.
Great fish-handling by Captain Alex to see the safe release of this monster.
Craig Sutton finished off a good week of fishing by taking advantage of the best bite of the year.
His five-hours on the Discoverer was highlighted by this nice Marlin release backed up with a sweet Sailfish.
Craig Sutton and Javier went fishing on the 11th with Captain Fico, along with a special guest: Javier’s seven-year old son Dario.
Fans of this fishing report already know that Dario is a master of river mouth fishing, however this Sailfish represents his first billfish release.
Great work by young Dario!
You know that Craig isn’t going to miss the best bite of the year…the Sailfish are thick and the big battleship Discoverer is stacking up releases left and right.

Craig Sutton got his week of fishing off to a good start with a trio of Sailfish releases in just 4 hours of fishing.
Excellent work by Mate Wilson to keep these fish calm and to release them safely.
The Wanderer has been all over the migratory porpoise pods that are lurking offshore, schooling up the Yellowfin Tunas. Look at this nice specimen caught by Alexandra on the flagship in late May.
