Brent Mileur and his daughter had a great day of action on the legendary Explorer with Captain David and Mate Kevin.
Dorado was on the menu and this group snagged a trio of tasty green goblins.
Nice work from the crew of the baddest Super Panga in town!
Kyle Lewis and his friends took to the blue water on the unstoppable Explorer and bagged some great-eatin’ fish for their week in Nosara.
First up was this big Yellowtail snapper; this is the second whopper of this variety this week and is certainly a Christmas treat for our anglers.
Kyle finished off their trip with this big Dorado. Yummy!
Great send off for Craig Sutton as the Explorer produced another legendary Cubera Snapper for the US Rep for FishingNosara.
Like usual, this fish was a ‘day-saver’…after a long day of nothing but Bonitas, this monster took the live tuna off the bottom and gave Craig a heck of a fight.
Great filets are already on the way back to Jacksonville, much to the delight of the US office!
Teresa and Richard Parcels are the latest anglers from CCA Florida to make their way to Nosara for some great fishing action, and Captain David on the unstoppable Explorer certainly made their dreams come true.
We use the phrase “filled the fishbox” kind of loosely around here, but in the first of their three days fishing they literary filled the fishbox:
After that haul the die was cast for some offshore action, and these Florida anglers did not disappoint…how about TWO Striped Marlin released?

FishingNosara Lifetime Hall of Famer Richmond Phipps enlisted the super panga for a short trip to the fish market along with son Daniel and daughter-in-law Yetty.
They scored some nice Yellowfin tuna backed up by a pair of beefy Dorados. These filets made a perfect addition to the Thanksgiving feast the next day.
Great work by Captain David and one of the true innovators of Garza panga fishing…great work Richmond!

That’s a tasty dish right there! Great work by Captain David on the Explorer…the little boat that no one saw coming is primed for another lights-out campaign this season.
Eddie Rivera and his buddy took to the Explorer for an inshore tuna hunt and were rewarded with a trio of tasty Yellowfins.
These football-sized Yella Fellas weigh about 10 lbs. each but their filets make for the best sushi around…hold on there!

The Blue Spirit Yoga Retreat booked the Wanderer and Explorer for a blue water outing for the faculty and students.
The Explorer won the day with three fat Dorados on ice. Estimated between 20 lbs. – 30 lbs., each of these greenies yields lots of great filets for these yogis.
Nice hunting by Captain David and Carlos on this very productive outing.
Matty was in town to help get the new office squared away, but still found a little time to squeeze in some fishing. The legendary Explorer was in the final touch-up stage of maintenance and Matt got the first crack on the Super panga this season.
Trolling a few miles offshore they pulled in this nice 20lbs Dorado…not a monster by any stretch but still a really good-eatin’ fish!
While most of the staff celebrated the end of the season on the Wanderer, the mighty tandem of Alejandro and Grevan of Nosara Paradise Rentals put on a billfish catching display on the Explorer that will not soon be forgotten.
They started out with a pair of nice Sailfish releases, then Alejandro closed out the season with an awesome Blue Marlin release:
With two months of maintenance looming on the horizon, it’s nice to make sure that the billfish don’t get lonely while our boats are on the hill. We’ll be back soon!
