Shawn Nevins battled a bad Blue Marlin on July 5. Mate Elias had the leader several times (a legal release) before this monster spit the hook and escaped.
They also scored a traditional Sailfish release later in the trip.
David Buist and the Harvester released a MONSTER Blue Marlin on June 21.
In addition to this safe billfish release, they scored multiple Yellowfin Tunas.
Of course fishing is a humbling enterprise, and there is no better complement to the largest fish of the season than the smallest fish of the season:
Rob Darner returned to the Wanderer on June 7 and the mighty flagship delivered an awesome Blue Marlin release.
Great to see this big blue back in the spread; we can imagine that this Marlin was eating this array of big Yellowfin Tunas:
On June 3 our old friends Hubble and Sandra Keller joined up with the mega panga, and they did battle with an amazing Black Marlin:
Later on they scored Dorados and Yellowfin Tunas for the dinner table.
On April 22, Texas angler Cory Delz family a fantastic day of blue water. The highlight is nice lovely Striped Marlin release:
They backed it up with multiple Sailfish releases.
For the dinner table they added a nice tasting Dorado.

The Explorer scored a wonderful Striped Marlin release on March 8 with angler JC Pilon
They also released Sailfish to round out the scorecard.
Peter Kirsch entered the billfish arena on the 31st with the Discoverer.
The Marlin bit the hook off right next to the boat, and they backed ii upo with a more traditional Sailfish release.
