Florida anglers Linda Moody and Kirk Langenbach enlisted Captain William for a three-day battle against blue water beasties on the Wanderer.

On the first day they got the deck bloody with a few nice Dorados.

You can see that their friend ‘Flat Jack’ joined them in spirit on this trip:

Flat Jack also enjoyed the amenities at Nosara Paradise Rentals, including an encounter with our furry mascot Bianca:

On day two they return to the flagship and this time scored a high-flying Sailfish:

Let’s see how that picture came out:

Captain William and Mate Jocxer welcomed Dan Johnson for a very productive day of offshore action. The highlight of the trip was this excellent Double Sailfish Release:

Nice to have Captain Fico of the Explorer along to lend an extra hand on this difficult fish-handling feat.

Later they had great success on a swarm of Yellowfin Tuna and Dorado:

Our new buddy Greg Patts whipped some fish butt on the Super Panga Explorer over a three day span. On November 29 he nabbed a nice Dorado, perfect to gnaw on for the  week.

Then on the 30th and 1st he extend his trips to full days so they could head offshore and hunt blue water beasties. Check out these sweet Sailfish releases:

Awesome work by Captain Fico and Mate Elias to deliver the goods!

Craig Sutton was on board the Harvester with his grandson Josh Page and this young man scored a MASSIVE Sailfish during his first taste of blue water action:

Nice fish-handling by Mate Kevin to ensure a quick safe release, and the next day showed off his own prowess on the reel:

The Harvester scores again as the fishing has certainly begun to improve after the Supermoon and the Hurricane did their best to interfere.

The Bill Harris group put in some excellent work on the Harvester in mid-November. Early in the trip they nabbed this world-class Sailfish release:

Then Mr. Harris buried the hooks in a swarm of big Dorados.

Ever wonder how we come up with our shirt designs? Inspiration abounds:

The posse scored another excellent Sailfish release to finish off the trip:

Great job by the baddest panga in Costa Rica!

There has been a nice school of Yellowfin Tuna in town this week, and while the bigger boats went off-shore and found 30+lbs. Yellas, the Explorer stayed near to shore and nabbed a trio of 10-15lbs. specimens.

Remember that the smaller Yellowfin Tuna actually yield denser meat, and once again the Explorer proves her prowess in filling the fishbox.

They also scored a late-day Sailfish release to round out a great day of fishing:
