Our good friend Ramiro Olvera and his family finished up a great week of fishing with several sweet scores on the Wanderer. A delicious Cierro Mackerel was augmented by multiple nice Dorados.
The highlight of the day was this outstanding Sailfish release:
Master Captain William welcomed our great friend Bill Haire for an offshore hunt that included a Sailfish release backed up with Dorados and Wahoo.
On February 18, Ramiro Olvera’s family had a brilliant day on the mighty flagship Wanderer. They scored a nice Amberjack inshore:
Then they went offshore for multiple Dorado catches:
Then they scored a true fish-of-a-lifetime. Check out this awesome Blue Marlin release.
Texas anglers from Ramiro Olvera’s group kicked off their week of fishing on February 16 with the Wanderer reporting several nice Dorado catches.
FishingNosara Hall of Famer Dan Johnson from Hatteras returned with his good friend Antonio Carillo, Juan Carlos, and Melissa for a fun day on the Wanderer.
The Wanderer reports TEN Yellowfin Tunas and a pair of big Dorados.
They finished up the day with a great meal at Marlin Bill’s.
The mighty flagship Wanderer delivered the goods on the 14th for angler Blaine Spies.
This tasty Dorado will be a great addition to the filet bag, and a late-day Cubera Snapper was released.

They also scored an excellent Wahoo for the dinner table, backed up by a nice Dorado.
Mark Hirvonen of the Scott Hed group capped of a nice week of fishing on the Wanderer with a bittersweet Marlin battle.
This monster put on an aerial show, but spit the hook and escaped long before we could get her close to the boat. However they did score a nice Dorado for the cooler.
On February 6, Dan Liebman scored a fantastic Sailfish release on the Wanderer.
In addition to the trophy release, they scored a sweet pair of Dorados for the dinner table.
The Wanderer and James Ellson nagged a few Dorados on February 4.
